How long will it take for my order to get to me?

I've received a faulty item, what do I do?

Can I make changes to my order?

No, Salvage cannot cancel an order once it has been placed as we work hard to get orders out to you as quickly as possible. If you have made an error with the items you have purchased or with delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at info@salvageaustralia.com and we will try our very best to intercept the dispatch of your order and change it for you.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Do we ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship outside of Australia. Please contact us at info@salvageaustralia.com if you have an international request and we will see if we can help you.

I need to make a return, what do I do?

Can I return sale items?

Sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

We accept all major credit cards, paypal, apple pay, google pay.
